This 31day recap was a wondetful thing for me. I definitely still stand by the fact that it’s something that needs to be done more than once. Like I’ve mentioned i did this back in December fo the new year and this time it was a lot easier, not just to complete challenges but to open up honestly and get specific about things. The first time I had trouble with the activities that required me to describe my ideal life and write down the things I really truely wanted. I felt like I didn’t deserve those things, I kept feeling like I should edit it and take some stuff out because it was “too much” and it made me very uncomfortable to know I was wanting more than I had, like i was ungrateful or something, and I didn’t experience that this time.
Doing the excersize made me realize how much i had been sabotaging my own potential, it was the kick i needed to really evaluate my life and coming back to do it again helped me hone in on specific areas, as well as allowing me to see how much I’ve grown. I answered questions I didnt have answers for the first time and had specific examples in areas that I couldn’t before.
This time there were a few I missed, after Day 18 there were ones that either didn’t apply to me because I’d done them recently [Get rid of stuff, remove negative people, vision board] or wasn’t ready [side hustle]
The biggest breakthrough came surprisingly from day 25 “Stop Complaining for 24 Hours” I didn’t realize how much of an effect something so simple and often overlooked had on my overall mood and the way I saw things. It’s one of those secret sabotage things that would’ve held me back and gone unnoticed.
Although I found all of them useful, i’ll say the one that didn’t apply to me right now was the side hustle because at this time i don’t really want one, I’m still focusing on my main hustle.
Overall it is a wonderful program and I encourage anyone who’s considering it to just do it even if it’s difficult because nothing will change if you don’t start to confront it.

i thoroughly enjoyed it.. i have 3 to do i got a lil sidetracked cuz i had other things going on in my life. i think the self care plan is going to be the hardest for me… i tend to take care of others and forget about myself. this journey further push me up the path i was already skipping on.. i challenged myself to be open and honest about everything and to post it…i am so happy to have it reaffirmed that i am pushing and moving out of my own way.
i hope others have had as much fun as i did getting to know themselves again..
thanks Rosetta..
