31 Days to Reset Your Life is a month-long virtual life coaching program designed to equip you with all the tools you need to press the “reset” button on your life. Each day of the program requires you to complete an exercise that will help you get back on track in ways that will allow you to become a better, happier, more successful person in the future.

It is an improvement over the free 31 Day Reset program in that I have ONLY included the 31 assignments that resonated the most with participants over the last two live runs of the program. The workbook allows you to have all the assignments at your fingertips in addition to the opportunity to connect with others who are doing the 31 Day Reset program in real-time here on the blog. It has taken me a whole year to refine the exercises and I hope they prove useful to your journey!

All of the exercises are easy to understand and they all have a positive influence on one’s thinking. The cumulative effect is enough to get one moving in at least one (or more) major areas of living. My biggest “aha” moment was the realization that I had, somewhere along the path of life, become a negative thinker (and I had not realized it!) Intellectually, I always knew of course that one’s attitude is a choice; however, these exercises enabled me to see that the negative attitudes I held about “some things” were preventing me from moving forward. The major benefit for me in doing the exercises is that they must be done in the present moment, which gave me the little push that I needed to get back on track. The challenge of the “Reset” is to stop limiting oneself, either with thoughts about unfortunate things that had occurred in the past or dwelling on the fears one might have of the future. Doing the exercises sets a person on an “action” plan, and when one is engaged in action, there is movement. - Dorothy
