I’m still catching up on my sleep after spending the weekend in Las Vegas for fight night at the MGM Grand!
My family was in town to see my cousin Keith “One Time” Thurman beat Robert Guerrero.
We are so proud of our champ and I was inspired just by being there in person to see what it looks like to go after what you want and WIN, no matter what!
It was cool to see the thousands of people who came out to see the fight, including celebrities like Denzel Washington, Dave Chappelle, Judge Joe Brown and other boxers like Laila Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard.
But it was even more exciting just to be in the energy of the competition – with every athlete coming to Las Vegas to perform the sport, display their skills and take home a victory.
What opened up for me this weekend was an important reminder about what it takes to really be successful in life.
We all want to be in the winner’s circle, yet most of us are not willing to do what it takes to get there.
Most of us struggle with putting ourselves out there so we can get what we really want.
On the other side of all the hard work, training and preparation is success.
The kind of success you’ve always dreamed of.
The kind of success that seems too good to be true.
The kind of success you see on TV and in the movies.
It’s all available to you.
But first, you have to get in the ring.
You have to show up, step under the ropes and plant your feet on the mat, ready to win.
This is the only way you can begin the journey to making the rest of your life, the BEST of your life.
Leave me a comment: Is it time for you to face your fears and finally get in the ring?
