Rosetta Thurman is a life and business coach for Black women entrepreneurs. She is the creator of The Journey of a Happy Black Woman, a yearlong life and business transformation program and The 6-Figure Queen Mastermind, a yearlong business accelerator for women who are ready to grow their online business to $100K or more in annual revenue.

In 2008, she launched her first business as a nonprofit consultant, speaker and coach. It started as a “side hustle,” but less than 2 years later, she was able to replace her income and quit her job to work for herself full-time.

The following year, she got rid of all her stuff, ended her apartment lease and began traveling the world with just a suitcase and a laptop, living and working from her dream destinations of Hawaii, Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Bali and more!

Fast forward to today and Rosetta has been able to go from $0 to a multiple 6-figure coaching brand and women’s empowerment platform, traveling all over the world, publishing 2 books, hosting a podcast with over 1M downloads, hosting dozens of events and leading international retreats. Most importantly, she has been able to teach thousands of Black women how to get paid to do what they love!

Rosetta is the author of Launch Your Business: The 5 Step Solution to Do What You Love, Quit Your Job and Have the Freedom to Travel and Live Life on Your Own Terms. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and has also taught leadership, business and marketing as an Adjunct Professor.

She has also been featured in numerous media outlets, including SUCCESS Magazine, Entrepreneur, Black Enterprise and Essence.

Besides building businesses and empowering women, Rosetta enjoys traveling, cooking, 80s music and a good cocktail.
