The first step in creating the life you DO want is figuring out what you DON’T want. In this module, you will conduct Rosetta’s signature life evaluation process and write down what’s working, what’s not working, and what you’d like to change. You will take a close look at the 8 key areas of your life – and honestly assess your happiness in each one.
Now that you have a clear picture of your current life, it’s time to design your ideal life. This is the fun part! Close your eyes and imagine your life exactly as you want it to be.
What does it look like? What are you doing? Who are you with? What do you feel? Write it all down in detail.
Visualizing your ideal life is an incredibly powerful tool that will help you bring it to life. Spend time each day visualizing yourself living your ideal life, and focus on how it feels. See it, feel it, and believe it. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined, so the more you visualize your ideal life, the more real it will become.
To create your ideal life, you need to have the right mindset. This means letting go of limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts, and replacing them with empowering beliefs, courage, and confidence. Start by affirming positive statements about yourself and your life, and make sure you surround yourself with supportive people who believe in you and your vision.
The final step in The Happy Black Woman Method is to take aligned action. This means taking action that’s in alignment with your ideal life and your core values. When you take aligned action, you’ll feel energized, motivated, and inspired. You’ll also start to see tangible results in your life, which will further motivate and inspire you.
