Friday, September 11: Full Day of Business Coaching | Traditional Hawaiian Luau
This will be a full day of business coaching. After our coaching day, we’ll head out for one of Hawaii’s must-do cultural experiences – a traditional luau! Dressed in your most vibrant tropical colors, you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet-style dinner, mai tais and an exciting Polynesian hula and fire dance show!
Saturday, September 12: Full Day of Business Planning | Dinner & Black Entrepreneur Networking Event
Prepare for a day of Quarter 4 business planning, then an afternoon of hot seat coaching with customized guidance for your specific goals, opportunities and challenges heading into the last 3 months of the year. We will end the day with dinner and a fun evening networking with other Black entrepreneurs in Honolulu!
Sunday, September 13: Photo Shoot & Content Day | Oceanfront Brunch
Get ready for a full content day for your brand! You’ll participate in a professional photo shoot with Rosetta’s Hawaii photographer to capture fresh lifestyle images and high-quality content for your marketing. Afterwards, we will indulge in a delicious brunch overlooking the ocean at one of Honolulu’s top luxury hotels.

Rosetta Thurman
Rosetta Thurman is a life and business coach for Black women with big dreams.
She is the Founder of Happy Black Woman®, a global Black women’s empowerment brand that has been featured in Essence, Black Enterprise, SUCCESS Magazine, Entrepreneur and more.
Rosetta is the host of The Happy Black Woman® Podcast with over 1 million downloads and the author of Launch Your Business: The 5 Step Solution to Do What You Love, Quit Your Job and Have the Freedom to Travel and Live Life on Your Own Terms.
Rosetta holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and has also taught business and leadership courses at Trinity Washington University.
In her free time, you can find Rosetta traveling to the next place on her bucket list, cooking a new recipe, dancing to 80s music or watching yet another true crime show. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband, Jacarl.
